The Jindera Pioneer Museum is a special place; it has an extensive collection of unique and beautiful items set in a large and inviting outdoor space with several historic buildings as back-drops.  This setting is able to offer you a unique venue for the small occasion event or meeting.

This historic atmosphere will provide an experience that will set your event, in the minds of your guests or participants, as a not to be forgotten occasion.

The museum can cater for groups from 10 and up to 80 in a variety of locations in and around the museum.  The original residence can provide a setting for up to 40 for a sit down dinner.  The original shop, now Tea Room can seat 26 and the outdoor areas and under cover space amongst the machinery can host up to 80.

We are able to provide food and beverage packages for any occasion ranging from luncheons, morning or afternoon teas to dinner.  A musical group is also available on request.  The museum is also licenced and can  provide a range of beverages to suit your particular event.

Wedding ceremonies can also be conducted in the grounds, or within the museum house complex.  Guests can be served with canapes and beverages for the interim period while photographs are taken of the bridal party.  Visitation of the museum can also be included in this package which provides guests with something extra to entertain them until the reception.

The museum is an ideal location for a small meeting.  The location is quiet and yet offers interesting break-out time activities.  Participants can take part in the heritage walk through the village or they can simply wander within the extensive museum complex.  Entry to the museum complex is included in the venue charge if the meeting is held during opening hours.  We can provide meeting equipment and WIFI is also available in the museum complex.
